- We recorded 4 new episodes of Conversations About Money in June

- PROFITUS hosted its first Real Estate Developers' Breakfast in Spain
On June 18, PROFITUS organized its first networking event for real estate developers in Valencia, Spain. The event brought together real estate professionals, investors, and developers, providing an opportunity to establish new business connections while gaining valuable insights into the Spanish real estate market.
Participants attended three presentations:
- Carlos Requena, Commercial Director at Century 21 – "The Spanish Real Estate Market in 2026: Trends, Investment Opportunities and Future Outlook";
- Sergio Aragón Sánchez, PROFITUS Country Manager in Spain – "Real Estate Project Financing with PROFITUS";
- Manuel Rodríguez Caballer, Co-founder of Caballer – "Financial Institutions' Requirements for Real Estate Projects: Contracts and Documentation".
The event was opened by Alejandro Baena, PROFITUS Investor Relations Manager in Spain, who welcomed the attendees.
This event marked an important step in strengthening PROFITUS' position in the Spanish market and building relationships with the local real estate community.
- Viktorija Čijunskytė's insights featured in Verslo Žinios
PROFITUS Founder and CEO Viktorija Čijunskytė shared her insights in a Verslo Žinios article discussing real estate investment, comparing real estate funds, bonds, and crowdfunding. She highlighted the importance of diversification, the different risk profiles of investment instruments, and the growing role of crowdfunding in Lithuania's investment market. - An active PROFITUS Ambassador community
Although the beginning of summer was relatively quiet, the PROFITUS Ambassador community remained highly active.
Our ambassadors continued sharing their investment experience, creating social media content, and contributing to greater PROFITUS brand awareness, helping us reach new audiences and strengthen community engagement.
- The PROFITUS team in Spain continues to grow
The PROFITUS team in Spain welcomed two new specialists:
- Alejandro Baena Perales – Investor Relations Manager;
- Francisco Javier Rodeles Pozo – Senior Associate / Senior Analyst.
The new team members will contribute to strengthening investor relations, evaluating projects, and supporting the continued expansion of PROFITUS in Spain.
