NATIVO launches unique real estate project financing through the PROFITUS platform: aims to raise €20 million

The crowdfunding platform PROFITUS has become the financial partner of NATIVO, a developer of exclusive and luxurious real estate projects in the Baltic States. Construction has begun in Monciškės, Palanga, on a premium-class residential apartment and hotel complex, open to both institutional and retail investors.

Each of the two projects aims to raise €10 million through PROFITUS, with a total investment of over €30 millionplanned over the next couple of years.
