Liberty Home Launches New Development Division After Surpassing €100 Million in Property Sales

The Valencia-based company has partnered with Profitus, NŌ Architects, Guerola Infraestructuras and Delta Asesores to structure residential development projects across the province of Valencia.

Liberty Home, a Valencia-based real estate company affiliated with the international Century 21 network, has launched a new residential development and real estate division to focus on housing projects throughout the province of Valencia. The new division comes after the company surpassed €100 million in property sales and completed more than 900 real estate transactions.

The new business unit will manage the entire development process, from land identification and acquisition to the marketing and sale of residential properties. It will operate in a market characterised by growing housing demand and a limited supply of new developments. Until now, the company's core business has focused on real estate brokerage and property marketing, without maintaining its own portfolio of assets.

The division will initially operate in the city of Valencia, Camp de Túria, l'Horta, Ribera Alta, Ribera Baixa and the province's main residential growth corridors. Its services will be aimed at landowners, property developers, family offices, asset owners and investors.

To cover every stage of the development cycle, Liberty Home will collaborate with NŌ Architects for architecture and urban planning, Profitus for alternative financing solutions, Guerola Infraestructuras for construction services, including industrialised construction, and Delta Asesores for legal, tax, commercial and corporate advisory services.

The new division will be responsible for urban planning, technical and commercial feasibility studies, urban management, pre-sales and project commercialisation, while also coordinating all stakeholders involved in the residential development process.
