Viktorija Čijunskytė nominated at the TechFusion Awards 2025

Viktorija Čijunskytė has been nominated at the TechFusion Awards 2025, which will take place in Vilnius for the seventh time and bring together startups, innovators, and technology ecosystem builders who have made a significant contribution to strengthening the capital’s startup ecosystem over the past year.

The Vilnius TechFusion Awards 2025 will be held on January 30, 2026, and will recognize the achievements of startups, innovators, creators, and other ecosystem players who have contributed to the growth of Vilnius’ startup ecosystem. The awards are organized by Go Vilnius, together with Unicorns Lithuania and Sunrise Tech Park.

Over the past decade, the Lithuanian startup ecosystem has grown 39-fold, with companies valued at over €16.8 billion. In 2025, startups based in Vilnius raised €215 million in venture capital, representing a 60% year-on-year increase.

The TechFusion Awards represent a wide range of sectors, including fintech, IT and communications, life sciences, and lasers, and annually recognize ecosystem players who contribute to the city’s growth and transformation of the business landscape.

The awards also reflect Vilnius’ strength as a collaborative and internationally recognized technology hub. In 2025, the city was named the European Green Capital and received recognition for having the Best Foreign Direct Investment Strategy among mid-sized European cities.
