The Fifteen Strongest Marketing Leaders in Lithuania Announced

The commission of the “CMO of the Year ’26” awards, organized for the twelfth time by the Lithuanian Marketing Association (LiMA), has announced the top fifteen marketing leaders.

“This year, we received an exceptionally high number of strong applications from marketing leaders, which once again confirms that marketing leadership in Lithuania is rapidly growing and strengthening. Each year we see more mature and strategically minded candidates, making the selection process increasingly challenging for the commission. Participation in the ‘CMO of the Year’ awards is becoming not only a recognition of achievements but also an important platform for the entire market to see how marketing is evolving and what influence it is gaining within organizations,” says LiMA Director Jurga Varanavičienė.

The top fifteen (in alphabetical order) include: Ieva Balkevičiūtė, Head of Marketing at “LastMile” (UAB “Spartuolis”); Dovilė Filmanavičiūtė, Head of Marketing at “CGATES”; Karolis Gelmanas, CMO at “BURGA”; Agnė Ginaitė, CMO at “Pulsetto”; Miglė Grybinienė, CMO at “PROFITUS Crowdfunding”; Raimonda Gudaitė, Director of Marketing and Communications at “Artea” Bank; Elvinas Jakimovas, Marketing Director at UAB “Šypsenos akademija”; Gražvydas Kaminskas, Chief Marketing and Strategy Officer at “NFQ Technologies”; Vadimas Komarskis, Head of Marketing at “Omniva Group”; Rusnė Matulaitytė, Head of Marketing at “LTG LINK”; Evaldas Mockus, VP of Growth at “OMNISEND”; Ada Mockutė Jaime, CMO at UAB “Nordcurrent Group”; Vytautas Romeika, CMO at “PIGU.LT”; Kristina Strimaitė, Head of Marketing at “Hostinger”; and Danas Viluckas, Director of Marketing and Communications at Kaunas University of Technology.

“This year we clearly see a shift – marketing leaders in Lithuania are finally moving beyond an executional role and becoming true business leaders. Competition is extremely strong, and the differences between candidates are minimal. Therefore, in our evaluation we look not only at results but also at mindset: how they drive business growth, how they understand finance, and how they create long-term value for the organization. Today, it’s not only numbers that win – it’s strategic thinking and the ability to lead a team,” says LiMA Board Member and “CMO of the Year ’26” commission member Giedrė Vilkė.

“During the second-stage interviews, we will evaluate not only the figures and results presented in the applications but also the candidates’ ability to think strategically, make significant decisions, and create long-term value for the organization. It is important for us to understand how a marketing leader aligns marketing actions with organizational goals, how their decisions impact customer experience, brand strength, team growth, and overall organizational success. This stage reveals not only achievements but also the maturity of leadership,” says Lineta Ramonienė, Associate Professor at ISM University of Management and Economics and a member of the “CMO of the Year ’26” commission.

Next, the commission will conduct individual interviews with each selected candidate, after which the top ten will be announced. The TOP 10 marketing leaders will be invited to participate in public debates taking place on April 16 at “Radijo namai.”

The winner of the CMO of the Year title will be announced and awarded at the only marketing leadership conference in Lithuania, “CMO Summit,” which will take place on April 23.
