- PROFITUS hosted a Real Estate Developers' Breakfast in Riga
On May 26, PROFITUS hosted a Real Estate Developers' Breakfast at the Skanstes City Business Center in Riga, dedicated to discussing market trends and investment opportunities across the Baltics.
Participants had the opportunity to hear:
- A presentation by Anna Lalova, Director of Office Agency, on commercial real estate trends in Riga;
- Insights from real estate expert Kristine Dubane on developments in Riga's residential real estate market;
- A presentation by Arnoldas Antanavičius, PROFITUS Business Development Manager for the Latvian market, titled "Why Does Latvia Have the Highest Growth Potential in the Baltics?"
The event brought together real estate professionals, investors, and developers, providing an opportunity not only to gain valuable market insights but also to establish new business connections in an informal setting.
- PROFITUS CEO Viktorija Čijunskytė Appeared on "Proto Industrija"
In May, PROFITUS founder and CEO Viktorija Čijunskytė participated in Proto Industrija, a program showcasing successful Lithuanian companies, innovative businesses, and individuals creating value through unconventional thinking.
During the interview, Viktorija discussed the beginnings of PROFITUS, the platform's growth journey, and the development of the real estate crowdfunding market in Lithuania and across the Baltics. The conversation also covered investment opportunities, changing investor needs, and the importance of alternative financing for real estate development.

- PROFITUS Chief Marketing Officer Miglė Grybinienė at the "Sales Formula" Conference
In May, PROFITUS CMO Miglė Grybinienė participated in the Sales Formula conference, where she delivered a presentation titled "Why Trust and Human Relationships Influence the Decision to Spend Money?"
The presentation explored the factors that truly influence customer purchasing decisions. Miglė shared insights on the importance of trust in sales, customer behavior, and why even in the age of technology and artificial intelligence, people often choose not simply the best offer but a trusted partner.

- Promoting Financial Literacy Among Students and Schoolchildren
In May, the PROFITUS team actively contributed to improving financial literacy among young people by sharing knowledge with students and schoolchildren.
Our team members delivered presentations to students at Kazimieras Simonavičius University (KSU) and Vilnius University (VU), as well as to pupils from Utena Gymnasium and Prienai Žiburys Gymnasium.
We believe that financial literacy is one of the most important competencies for making responsible financial decisions in the future, and we are proud to contribute to educating young people and spreading financial knowledge.
- Exceptionally Fast Project Funding on the PROFITUS Platform
In May, we recorded record investor activity on the PROFITUS platform. Most investment projects published on the platform were fully funded within 24 hours, while some attracted all required investor funds within just a few minutes.
Investor interest was strong not only in smaller projects. One of the month's largest projects, Kalpaka Apartamentai in Liepāja, valued at EUR 625,000, was fully funded within 19 hours, while a EUR 400,000 project in Vilnius attracted funding within 21 hours.
These results reflect not only the strength of the PROFITUS investor community but also growing confidence in the PROFITUS platform and real estate projects across the Baltic States. Read the article on investor activity here.
- Viktorija Čijunskytė on "Economic Lunch" with Marius Dubnikovas
In May, PROFITUS founder and CEO Viktorija Čijunskytė participated in the Economic Lunch radio program on Žinių Radijas, hosted by economist Marius Dubnikovas.
The discussion covered current investment and crowdfunding market trends, PROFITUS performance results, and new investment opportunities for investors.
