- PROFITUS Begins Cooperation with “Axiology”
In order to offer investors even more modern and convenient investment solutions, PROFITUS has started cooperation with the financial technology company “Axiology”.
Axiology’s technological infrastructure, based on Distributed Ledger Technology (DLT), will ensure a high level of security, transparency, and investment traceability. This partnership will enable more efficient administration of bond distribution processes and allow the PROFITUS team to dedicate even more attention to investment selection, analysis, and the development of new investment opportunities.
- The first bond issuance was distributed on the PROFITUS platform
PROFITUS successfully completed the first stage of the UAB “Gesons” bond issuance. Although the initial plan was to distribute bonds worth up to EUR 2.5 million, investor demand exceeded expectations, with applications totaling nearly EUR 3.5 million.
The strong investor interest was reflected not only in the size of the issuance but also in the speed of distribution — although the bond offering was planned for 30 days, it was closed after just one week.
A total of 213 investors participated in the issuance, while the average value of bonds purchased by a single investor exceeded EUR 15,000. Bonds on the PROFITUS platform were available starting from EUR 500, making the investment accessible not only to institutional investors but also to a wider retail investor audience.
- Record-Breaking Smart Investing Forum in Klaipėda
The “Smart Investing Forum” held in Klaipėda on April 23 became the largest PROFITUS event of this format organized to date.
During the event, participants had the opportunity to hear:
- A presentation by PROFITUS CEO and founder Viktorija Čijunskytė about a new stage for the platform — the launch of bond distribution;
- Insights from professional investor and mentor Mindaugas Navickas regarding stock market reactions to the geopolitical situation;
- A presentation by “Memelio Miestas” CEO Justinas Striška about the transformation of the area into one of Klaipėda’s most notable projects.
- VIP Investor Breakfast at Vilnius Airport VIP Terminal
During the event, participants had the opportunity to gain deeper insight into PROFITUS operations and participate in discussions about investment directions and capital management in today’s market environment.

- Viktorija Čijunskytė shared exclusive “Profitus off the record” insights for VIP investors;
- The discussion “Where Do the Sharks Invest?” featured Dovilė Burgienė, Viktorija Čijunskytė, and Gediminas Kvietkauskas.
