Our guest is Saulius Vagonis, head of the evaluation and market research department of OBER-HAUS. Working in the field of real estate for 22 years, during which he has performed more than 3000 property valuations, and over 100 commissioned market researches and analyses. Currently, he leads the evaluation and market research department in Lithuania, where more than 50 employees work. It is the largest division of property appraisers and market analysts in all Baltic countries.

The meeting was also attended by the founder and director of the crowdfunding platform "Profitus" - Viktorija Vanagė. An active entrepreneur and investor who has founded several successful businesses in the field of real estate and finance.
