Senior Analyst

Profitus is looking for a new Superhero - a credit risk expert to actively contribute to the risk assessment of business loans. This position involves analyzing the finances of business clients, proposing improvements to deal structures, and implementing risk mitigation measures. The new Superhero will participate in preparing and presenting materials to the Credit Committee and will deputize for the head of the Credit Risk team at committee meetings. Additionally, they will provide recommendations to client managers on financial analysis and risk mitigation, contribute to the improvement of the credit risk management system, and train colleagues in this area. They will also assess the real estate market situation in the countries where Profitus operates.

WE EXPECT THAT YOU:

• Have a university degree;
• Have at least 5 years of experience in financial management, business client analysis, or audit, or real estate development;
• Understand company financial statements;
• Be fluent in English, and Lithuanian is your native language;
• Are ready and willing to boldly face change.

SALARY:

4275-5225 €/month net of taxes. The salary will depend on the experience and competencies.
